Their sales pitch is that their wings are baked and not fried.  I think they need to turn on their fryers.  My wings had a burnt toast taste.  As always, I ordered the wings Hot.  Their “Hot” 3rd from the top of their hot scale.  Scorpion is their hottest, but the wings they served me  we’re really hot.  They made my 15 year old daughter.
