It started out as a way for a father and son to connect.  Now it has grown into the most vital public service since 911.  This site is dedicated to discovering where you can find the Best Chicken Wings in Baldwin County and sharing this information with the world.

I was trying to figure out a way to connect with my 15 year old son.  We didn’t have many common interests.  He likes computer games like League of Legends and I like to play golf.  I like to wake up early and he likes to sleep late.  He keeps his clothes on the floor and I keep mine on hangers.  The only thing that we both have in common is an undying love for chicken wings. Our plan now is to connect through wings.  Our mission currently is to determine the who serves the Best Chicken Wings in Baldwin County.  We will go out at least once a week to judge a new batch of wings.

Having grown up just outside of Buffalo, NY where the wing was invented, I truly believe that I have probably eaten more chicken wings than any of my Southern friends.  Therefore, I am uniquely qualified to judge the quality of the wings here in Baldwin County.  My son/wing apprentice, has been gnawing on wings ever since I took his pacifier out of his mouth.  Together we will hit the highways and byways to determine who serves the best.  Stay tuned.
